I already wake up at 4:30 in the morning to get to work. In order to work out in the morning the way I do now I would have to wake up at 3:00am!!! Like I could stick to a routine like that... I'm sure it's better I work out when it is convenient for me...at a time that will encourage me to keep on working out. I'm sure the experts would agree that me working out at night is better than not working out at all.
