Lapband - Jan 2009 weight goal reached with lapband. Revised to VSG- 1/25/16
I had revision surgery on Jan. 20th and my first adjustment will be on Mar. 3rd. So, food portions are a little more for me.
B: Zone protein bar
S: smoked gouda cheese - 2 oz
L: 3 naked chicken wings w/ ranch (it took me 30 minutes to eat 2 wings - I'm working on slowing down and chewing really well - amazing too because I was actually satisfied and here it is 3:00 and I'm not looking for food.)
D: mushroom soup smothered chicken breast with green bean almond-dean
I've been relearning how to use my band properly and that measuring your meals is ideal for weight loss and not depending on my stomach to say "when." What is the proper protion sizes we should have. I've read that the size of a lemon should be the size of our meal. Would love to get some feedback on this. Thanks!
