OMG..will this week EVER end?! My plan..

Early: NF Latte
B: FF yogurt w. cereal mixed in
L: Salad or chicken leg
D: Turkey burgers & baked beans
W: 45 mins of weight lifting, maybe some cardio tonight on my ellipitical

Start/293lbs   Current/189lbs  Goal/160lbs

Breakfast: not 100% sure.. i could do two or three roll ups or high fiber cereal or oatmeal lol

Lunch: 1/2 sandwich thin with avocado, ham and cheese side salad of cucumber and tomato

Dinner: again not sure .. I might pick something up because I have boot camp and 30 min cardio

Got a fill today, so...

B: Egg Beaters, turkey chili, 2% cheese
    (11:00 a.m. - fill)
L: Cup of chili with 2saltines
D: Out for dinner- maybe soup?
S: Protein shake
