Then I .........; now I ..........!
Lisa, i am so sorry. it must be really hard reading this post and feelign it doesn't happen for you!
30lbs sounds slow but would you have lost that and kept it off for a year without your band? So it is a good start.
Can we help you by making suggestions about eating? And when you say drinking do you mean sugary drinks or aclohol? No wls stops us drinking! Might therapy help?
Do let us know if we can offer help.

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
THEN I used to circle parking lots forever, trying to find a spot closest to the door of a big-box store.
NOW I deliberately park acres away just so I can do the walk!
THEN I used to get into the car and drive the 2 blocks to my bank (oh yes I did - gawd!).
NOW I walk to the bank and just keep on going!
THEN I used to salivate at the thought of a big greasy bag of chips or a chocolate cake slathered in buttercream icing.
NOW I salivate at the thought of a spinach salad (oh yes I do, LOL!)
THEN I was pre-diabetic, had high cholesterol and arthritis in my knee.
NOW I walk 40km every single week and my bloodwork is spectacularly normal.
THEN I'd wake up in the morning and hate getting out of bed.
NOW I wake up each day and can't WAIT to get started!!!
I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
