I'm just one among the masses, but I think you are still trying and that makes you a winner.

Confronting the mental emotional issues is huge and that takes serious courage and commitment. Kudos to you!!! Many of us lose the weight but dealing with the root problem is the really tough stuff. Good Luck Crystal.
