OMG!  Last week I gained 1.5 pounds! I was bummed cuz I was honestly in that gym puttin' in work! Everyone said it was muscle but I thought..'Awww, they are just being supportive so I don't get sad, how sweet'.  I didn't believe it was muscle even tho my clothes were looser on me. I wanted to see the numbers go down. I weighed today and guess what? Down 6.1 pounds. Woooo!  My lesson learned was to not get too tripped up on the slight gain. In the end your hard work will show.  Thank you to all of the supportive Bandsters on here.

I start my 14-day pre op diet tomorrow. How many pounds are "normal" to lose in those 2 weeks of high protein, etc? Just a curious newbie wanting to know.... Good job Telisha!!! PROUD OF YOU, GIRL!!!

Thanks guys...Kim, it totally depends because everyone is different. I only had to do a 10 day liquid diet and I lost 15 pounds. I used V8, Fruit juice..no sugar added, thinned out creamy soups, Crystal Light, Julian Micheals Protein powder. Body Fortress Protein powder, Sugar Free Jello and Fat Free Pudding and boulion cubes.

Good Luck, YOu can do it!
