I am kind of stuck at 50 lbs
I stalled for 6 months so I understand your frustration.
What I did to get the scale moving again is went back to protein, protein, protein!!! Very little carbs for two weeks then added in 20 carbs per day of veggies. That was the only thing that helped me. Since doing that I have lost 8 lbs (about 6 weeks) doesn't seem like a lot but from where I was it feels amazing. I had to admit to myself that what I was eating was not ok because I was eating stuff I was not supposed to eat. Hope that helps.

lapband in 2008 at 298lbs , lowest weight was 183lbs , Band almost killed me and removed in 2011. No revison because to much damage for revision.
Anti Lap-band advocate!
Being stalled for 2 months must be really frustrating! Have you done things like measuring and recording food to make sure you are not inadvertently taking in too many calories?
I don't remember a 2 month stall but I certainly had one of a month. I never did anything specific! I just worked on the principle that if I continued to burn more calories than I ate, in the end my body would acknowledge this and burn some fat!

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
i have done the same thing, it is like I have become complacent and okay with where I am .. but I am not really .. I want more ... sooo now I know I can maintain .. HA .. I need to kick it back in the ass and write down what I am eating and restrict my serving size again ... get rid of the nasty carbs and snacks that have snuck back in.

I had surgery in July 2010 as well. Things were going smoothly until we got into the coldest winter in a long time. I didn't think I had much "restriction" so I got another quarter cc fill about 2 weeks ago because we were off work and had a snow day and I knew the docs office would have lots of cancellations. I live close, so I called. They said it was like a ghost town in the office and if I could get there before noon they would do a fill, but otherwise they were going home before the next wave of snow storm hit. I inched my way in, got a fill and went back home to sip more warm tea. I got hit with the flu the next week and I'm just getting over it. I ate a salad with meat & cheese on it yesterday for lunch and got full for the first time in weeks. I mean, I didn't have to stop myself from eating more, no more was going down and I was physically being warned not to dare another bite. I was full for the rest of the day. I only had a little yogurt an hour or so before bed so I wouldn't wake up hungry in the night. I hadn't had that feeling since the end of fall. So today I had cold yogurt with blue berries and muesli for breakfast after I had coffee, and did not drink more coffee for at least an hour afterwards. I then drank a bottle of water and at 1:00 went to lunch with DH and had a small house salad, half sandwich and a small serving of fries. I ate a little more than half of my sandwhich and less than half of the bread on it, maybe 1/3 of the salad and more fries than I should have, but not as many as I would have, and suddenly I was done. It's after 4:00 now and I still have stomach pain from lunch and I can't imagine eating again today. I'm fixing a cup of mint tea to hopefully help sooth my stomach some.
After thinking about the differences in the past weeks/months and the past 2 days, I have been so cold this winter and then had the flu and I can say I have been eating mostly hot winter food, soups, chilis, casseroles, potatoes, etc. I think hot foods relaxes my pouch/band so that I can eat more, and to top it off, those foods are soft. I have been so cold the thought of salad was repulsive. I realize I need to go back to colder foods with more dense protein and less sauces. It's sauces/gravies that hold the heat on food. I bought salad fixins, shaved turkey & ham and boiled some eggs. I'm going to take salad for lunch everyday this week. If I'm cold I'm going to turn up the heat or put on even more cloths. I have been exercising, but the week before last the gym was closed for snow days and then this past week I had the flu. So Monday it's back to Curves for me. It's wonderful that it has warmed up some. We got up to 50 today after 40+ straight days of below-normal temps. Last summer and fall when it was so hot I only ate cold food and lost weight. I didn't stall until I tried to survive winter. Winter has always been a time of gaining weight for me, so at least I can say I haven't gained 20 pounds or anything.
