date set

date set to jan 23 im getting my lapband. anyone else getiing there done this month. im not even nervous yet lol what shouldmi expect post op?

Dou you mean Feb23rd?   Congrats on the date! I was totally excited as well!! I was in pain for 3 or 4 days post op.  It's from all the air they pump you with during surgery. They said to walk, Walk, WALK to get the gas to pass.  Day 5 I felt like a million bucks!!!

yes feb 23 lol sorry . and the gases part is one of the things im scared or and the tube in my mouth will i be awake for any of that i hope its out before i wake up

YOu will not be awake...hopefully! YOu have fears we all have.  I was NERVOUS!!!!!!  I woke up fine! YOu can read my posts if you want.
