I have been using Calore-king's program for several years but would like the ability to add my foods from anywhere which I can't do with that.

Tried sparkpeople.com a long while back and was not impressed.

Everydayhealth doesn't seem to be able to let you add your own foods.

Livestrong.com seems to think I should ONLY get 2,356 calories per day to lose 2 pounds a week, what do I have a DS? (it's a joke people)

So tell me, what are your favs online?

I use myfitnesspal.com and love it.  The Blackberry app isn't ready yet though.  If you use an I-Phone or an Android you can scan the barcode with your phone and add it, its amazing!  You can't re-set your calorie/protien/carb limit though so you just have to look at your totals.

I'd gain weight on 2356 ca./day!  I do about 1500-1800 and have been up and down over the same 2-3 pounds for a couple of months.  It's finally getting warmer out (as in above 20 degrees) so I'm going back to lots of salads.  I had salad for lunch for the first time in weeks (maybe months) yesterday with meat & cheese.  I ate only maybe 1/2 cup of salad and the protein and it finally held me all day and into the evening.  Didn't want dinner even.  I did finally eat some yogurt & muesli late in the evening.  I have been so cold and had the flu (yes, I had a flu shot in October) all last week, so I have been eating soft foods that are warm and easy on the throat, and soothing with some ice cream - though not lots, and I'm up 3 pounds from last weekend.  Come on spring!  I need to quit eating hot food!  I have little to no restriction with hot food.  Cool or cold dense foods are what keep the hungries away for me.  I, too, need to start tracking my food again.  Thanks for posting the question.

Slider foods for me seem to be more about temperature than consistency - except where ice cream and liquids are concerned.  The hotter the food the more I can eat.  It must open me up like warm liqiud does most of us.

I used to use SparkPeople... then I found FatSecret and LOVE that site. Their AP for phones is GREAT and it syncs the data between online & phone flawlessly. I highly highly recommend it!!
