I just got my Bandwagon book that Jean wrote in the mail and I have to say it is a good book to have. I have not read it yet, just browsed thru it and seen it has alot of my unanswered questions in there.

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

A wk or 2 ago we had a bad ice/snow storm come thru our area. We didn't have internet or cable for a few days so I read my bandwagon book. I couldn't put it down it is great.
