30 Day Exercise Challenge (changing my goal)

I am dropping from 900 down to 700, since I have start the couth to 5k. It is a more compact 30 minutes as opposed to my typical 40. And it is only 3 days a week. I'm sure I'll pick up some exercise on the off days though.
