need a suggestionabout a side dish
I ADORE sea bass. I think it's so delicious with a simple Caprese Salad of tomatoes, fresh mozzerella and basil (I usually add fresh baby spinach in as well) and dress it with some olive oil, salt and pepper.
What about sweet potatoes? A baked sweet potato topped with lime juice, garlic and a sprinkle of ancho chili powder is also delicious and sweet potatoes are INSANELY good for you. I dont like them with all the sweet stuff on them but the lime and chli cuts the sweetness really well for me.
I've also done roasted carrots and fennel. Just toss them with some olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper (and garlic, always garlic) and roast at 400 until they start to carmelize and the liquid evaporates. Them prinkle with a little fresh dill... oh my... my mouth is starting to water.
