Good Luck!!!

I know your actively researching the sleeve but in the meantime I think it's great your trying to work your band. At the end of the day we have to rely on ourselves... I know my band didn't drive me to 7-11 to buy those cheetos LOL .. I did..

I take it one day at a time.. heck even 1 meal at a time.. one good choice does lead to another.. Good luck.. let us know how it goes :)

Quick tips .. no drinking with meal.. wait 30 min after your meal to begin drinking water or crystal light (get rid of all juice etc liquid calories)

4 oz of protein or 2-3 oz of protein with 1-2 oz of fruit or vegies keep it simple as first just until you feel strong enough then add variety to your meal plan..

I eat 3 meals a day and 1 snack... sometimes an extra night snack of dessert like pudding or a popiscle. Get moving again.. gym or do a video at home.. walks.. the Wii .. anything really shoot for at least 3-4 days a week

OK, some perspective. First, if you can loose 106 pounds with the band that means the band works for you. But I emphasize WORK. No matter what surgery you get doesn't change your brain or what you put in your mouth. You know the things you need to do. The important question is Why do them? Only you can answer that!

I pray that all will go well for you.
