What Are We Eating This Wednesday?
VSG on 02/09/12
B: 1/2 mini bagel w/ PB, 1% milk, and a fruit cup
L: Schmonster (1/4 egg beater scrambled, morningstar farms veggie patty, sprinkle of FF mozz. on a bagel thin)
D: lean ground turkey/beef mix w/ carrots and broccoli topped with 50% fat cheddar
S: homemade fruit smoothie (fruit and a splash of diet sierra mist)
15 minutes of weights and pilates (working on increasing to 20 min next week)

Breakfast: Not sure .. bagel thin with PB?
Lunch - candian bacon with cheese and side salad of cucumbers and tomatoes
Dinner: Taco salad (didn't have yesterday and 1 chicken taco homemade instead)
Snack: yogurt maybe a pudding cup
GYM: Boot Camp where I sweat like a biggest loser contesant.
Breakfast: Not sure .. bagel thin with PB?

Today was on the run too much.
B: 3 cups Coffee w/creamer, oatmeal
L: Don't chuck me on this, but I did it again: Starbucks Protein Choc w/banana, but did choose Soy instead of milk. So this is better. See I am listening, well sorda. LOL
S: 2 eggs, 1 tsp mayo, 1 tsp dill relish (egg salad), with a small chuck of cheese.
Snack tonight: probably a handful of peanuts
Got maybe 30 oz water in.
