Thank you for taking the time to do daily post. I am gonna follow starting Monday. I have started over and been  basically doing 1st liquids now into mushies w/few solids. Going back to normal monday. So I just wanted to say thankyou for the dedicated time you give us daily.

Turkey Chili
Sauteed zucchini

B: 1/2 IHOP Simple & Fit Omelette with fruit
S: International Coffee SF French Vanilla
L: Chicken Salad, Wheatables Nut Crisps Crackers (Roasted Almond,) cottage cheese
D: Tilapia, veggie
S: Skinny Cow SF Ice Cream Sandwich
     

Starting weight- 265     Goal weight- 165-145

L: Turkey meatballs with a dap of ff greek yogurt ( with a ranch packet in it)
