Day #1 complete.  Not too bad,  Great workout, but not a killer.  I suppose they don't wanna kick your butt day #1 so you do the whole 9 week program.

I did this tonight at the gym on the treadmill.  WOW.  I had a much harder workout than I do just walking fast.  I was sweating pretty good!!  It my first night, too

I just looked up the treadmill version of this program online....how fast did you run/what speed did you set the treadmill too??

Well, I generally keep my walking speed at 3.4 miles per hour, and when I was running, I had it at 5.4-5.6 miles per hour.  I can tell you that after a few jogs, I was turning my walking down to around 2.8 miles per hour just to catch my breath for that minute and a half!!  ha ha ha!!
