Day #1 complete. Not too bad, Great workout, but not a killer. I suppose they don't wanna kick your butt day #1 so you do the whole 9 week program.

I tried this, made it to day # 3 and stoped. It wasn't bad, I just got bored. I may try it again. Good luck to you.........
