Sounds great.. it does sound a tad big

I might just be able to eat 1/2 a thin and use a morning star sausage patty instead of burger..
scramble egg beaters and some cheese.. sounds great.. Iike the 2% american cheese it's only 45 cal a slice and it goes a long way in cheese flavor

Well that leaves me out!

What's a Thomas's Bagel Thin?
What's a Morningstar farm patty?
But what I really don't fancy is the egg beater - below is a picture of what we call egg beaters...

How do you get it into a cup? Do you blend it?

Mozzarella cheese I know!!!

Yes Morning Star is veggie burger ..

Jimmy dean has light sausage patties too.. I like either.. i was use 1 small sausage patty compared to a burger patty.. but otherwise sounds good..

That sounds so good! It literally made my mouth water. Unfortunately I'm gonna have to go with the bagel.... or the additions & not both. And if I were to eat the bagel it would have to small bites.. small enough to take me at least a half hour to eat. For some reason... I've never been able to handle bread since my band. Even if I was fully empty... still no bread. The only way I can tolerate it is to eat tiny tiny bites & really take my time eating it. It's funny... cuz when my hubby lets out 3 yr old make me French Toast for breakfast.... it's literally my all day meal, LMAO!
But I'll probably try that recipe because ... my husband could use it. He had a heart attack at age 35 (on our son's 2nd birthday actually). SO now I make him eat like I do... I'd let him have this.

This sounds pretty good. Pre surgery I LOVED breakfast sandwiches but really can't do them now.  I haven't tried the bagle thins yet but want too. I could not do a whole bagle thin and the insides.

I would probably eat this as an open faced sandwich or maybe as scrambled cheese eggs and the bacon and bagle on the side.

1/2 ww bagle thin, 1 slice Canadian bacon, 1 ounce cheese, 1 egg

Cal 215, protein 16, carb 12

Remember -- those bandsters that LOVE breakfast foods but can't eat much in the morning: you can always have breakfast for supper!

I love breakfast for dinner and yes 1/2 of toasted bagel thin is really enough and I have to be mindful and chew chew chew.. sometimes I eat less of the egg scramble I showed yesterday and I throw it on top of a bagel thin with 1 slice of american cheese :)
