Bagel - 1/2 thomas wheat bagel 55 cal - 1 laughing cow cheese 35 cal and 1 piece (thicker cut) low sodium turkey ... approx 150 of breakfast goodness

Black Bean Burgers always on hand at work and at home in hurry heat up some green beans on the side ..done and done

 OMG I'm on pureed lol and WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A BITE OF THAT DAMN BAGEL! looks good and when I'm ready that is a great idea to save soem calories

YUMMY!  I see we buy the same brown rice. I have a hard time getting it to cook right in a pan and love those steamable pouches!

I'll try to post some of my ideas too. Would love to see others ideas too, just to get some different meal ideas.

I make brown rice at home sometimes in our rice cooker but it's really dense... i like the steam fresh because it's fluffy for being brown rice :)

Please post.. I think it helps.

Sad, I can't eat bagels, or rice (not much anyway). I sometimes miss bread, but not enough for me to want to go back.

These are Thomas Bagel Thins and I usually can only eat 1 slice very well toasted. (whole grain of course) I can't eat a ton of grain myself but I do eat whole grains usually at least 1 serving a day.. the rest of carbs come from fruit and veggies
