Hello.. I'm trying some new things.. variety to the diet LOL .. meal plan

View more of my photos at ObesityHelp.com

it's amazing egg.. egg subsitute
5 slices of turkey bacon
3 Hewbrew National (light) weenies
1 bell pepper and a few chops of onion and 2 serrano jalepenos.

I made a batch for breakfast for 3 days... it's approx 211 calories and like 20 grams of protein
VERY YUMMY

I have a few other pictures of a few things I have been eating I will post  :)

Minus the weenies and jalepenos it sounds good.  For varieties sake, sometimes I eat dinner leftovers for breakfast. Today it was part of a leftover homemade salisbury steak.

Can't wait to see your other ideas!

Each slice of bacon is only 35 calories and I put in 5 slices 175 cal approx ... 58 cal in each servings

Hewbrew National 97% fat free hot dogs are 50 calories a frank .. so 150 in the total recepie.

My only suggestion is cook the turkey bacon chopped up until crispy then remove add onion, bell pepper cook 1 min then add the hot dog cook another 1 min then add the bacon cook 1 min then add the eggs and jalepenos.. I didn't  get my bacon crispy like I wanted but I cooked long enough were it was cooked ..

I used a little pam but no oil or butter non stick skillet

i eat eggs just about every day - if not a 2.5min poached one, this is my go to:

sm. bag of fresh baby spinach sauteed w/onions - set aside
6 eggs
1 cup of feta cheese

mix all together & pour into muffin tray
i cook 3/4 of the way & individual freeze - defrost & reheat w/a dollop of greek yogurt
