Ok gang...I want to lose 12 lbs by the middle of April. That's two months and very doable. I've been slipping in too many carbs..it's time to jump back on that wagon and DO THIS!

Early: NF Latte
B: Yogurt
S: Protein Bar
L: Split pea soup & 1/2 sliced tomato
D: Sausage link w/ marinara
W: 30-40 mins of weights, 50 min Spin class

Start/293lbs   Current/189lbs  Goal/160lbs

D meatloaf and salad
W 35-40 min eliptical
probably a greek yogurt of sf  pudding for snack

I'm sure I'll be on liquids today.  Still waiting to hear back from the doc.  I know they will get me in.  Just not sure when.  But

Nope! My band has gotten me this far..I think I can do 12 lbs with the restriction that I have. Plus, I still get that "I'm still here!" message from my band when I eat too quickly...as you know..from the last dinner we had together .

Bk- Oatmeal (instant) and Coffee with Hazelnut creamer and sprinkle with cinnamon
Sk-Protein Shake= Jillian Choc. Whey Protein, 1/2 Banana, 2 tbsp. p.nut butter, ice and water
Lh-2 turkey slices, 1 pickle, 2 slices med. cheddar cheese
Sp-3 slices Bacon, 2 slices of med. cheddar cheese (okay bad choice not gonna do no more)
refried beans, cheese, hamburger(is this better)
90 oz water with propel thru day

Bacon is not a protein it's fat. You need to lean toward "lean" proteins .. and the Hazelnut cream could be killing you if your don't measure. Just a few things to watch out for... I'm only responding to this from your previous post today :)

Turkey & swiss roll-ups dipped in mustard (not WITH the coffee...LOL!)

Lunch:
Turkey meatballs w/ marinara sauce

Snack:
3 Dove Dark Chocolate Promises
fat free Greek yogurt

Dinner:
Turkey Chili

You can't go back and make a brand new start, but you can start from now and make a brand new end.
