What Are We Eating This Tuesday?
Ok gang...I want to lose 12 lbs by the middle of April. That's two months and very doable. I've been slipping in too many carbs..it's time to jump back on that wagon and DO THIS!

L: Split pea soup & 1/2 sliced tomato
D: Sausage link w/ marinara
W: 30-40 mins of weights, 50 min Spin class

Bk- Oatmeal (instant) and Coffee with Hazelnut creamer and sprinkle with cinnamon
Sk-Protein Shake= Jillian Choc. Whey Protein, 1/2 Banana, 2 tbsp. p.nut butter, ice and water
Lh-2 turkey slices, 1 pickle, 2 slices med. cheddar cheese
Sp-3 slices Bacon, 2 slices of med. cheddar cheese (okay bad choice not gonna do no more)
refried beans, cheese, hamburger(is this better)
90 oz water with propel thru day
