Recipe
I went to the nutrition store where I get my protein powder and they gave me this awesome recipe:
2 scoops of "Ultimate Muscle Protein" (choc or vanilla)
3/4 c skim plus milk
1T natural peanut butter
Mix together and put in fridge to chill. Serve with a little of fat free reddi whip or cool whip free. YUM...the chocolate mix tastes like a peanut butter cup.
Total: 40 gm protein (from protein shake)
5 gm protein (from peanut butter)
8 gm protein (from skim plus milk)
