Help! Craving carbs/sweets .....
What's helped me regarding craving sweets is taking my vitamin D. I've been faithful about it the past month and I can really notice the difference.
5.0 cc in a 10cc lapband (four fills) 1 unfill of .5cc on 5/24/2011.
.5 fill March 2012. unfill of .25cc May 2012. Unfill of .5cc June 2014.
Still with my lapband with no plans for revision. Band working well since
last small unfill.

Thanks for the advice, suggestions, and support., Today is another day and I'm going to take your advice. So far things are going good, but then again I just woke up at 1130am. I drank 8 ozs of water around 12:15. Had a cup of turkey chili w/kidney beans about 1245p and now waiting another 30min to start sipping again. I now have sf pudding, pickles, no sugar added frozen strawberries, and some vanilla atkins shakes (mix the shake with ice, and some frozen strawberries for a shake). I prefer the slim fast low carb vanilla shakes, but haven't been able to find them at the stores lately. I also almost completely well after having a cold for the last week, so gonna try to walk on treadmill for 30min. Wish me luck........Thanks again for the suppport.
