Almonds!
Picked up some Blue Diamond Natural Oven Roasted Almonds in a Butter Toffee flavor. They are scrumptious!!! Serving size is an ounce... approx 24 nuts... for 160 calories and 5 grams of protein. (nutritional info)
I was craving something sweet and crunchy. This cured both cravings AND gave me 5 grams of protein. This is a keeper!

Well as you know I love nuts, so much that a week ago sunday at the movies i ate a whole cup of cashews with 1 bottled water and gained 4 lbs (water) overnight. It took this whole week to get tha****er weight off. No more nuts for me. I cannot just eat a handful, so I decided I am not going to have them in the house. They sound wonderful. I seen on here somewhere that a small bag of no butter popcorn would have been a better choice for me so I am gonna do popcorn next time. I have not eat any yet. Also, afraid to eat too much sodium, it is causing me to gain water weight so I label reading bigtime. BTW. Tried the new Jillian (biggest loser) Choc. Whey Protein. Love, Love. I put 1/2 banana and 1 tsp. p.nut butter in with mine. I not only got that 4 back off but also lost 1 more as of today. 237 YAY!!!
My son just brought me an atkins advantage Sweet & Salty Almond Crunch Bar. I took a bite and it's soooooo good, almost tastes like a payday candy bar. Containes almonds, sunflower seeds, peanuts. Nutrition facts: 200 cal, 7g protein, 1g sugar, 200 calories, 4g net carbs, 15g fat (Yikes!!)
