Menu for the day
B- Hard boiled egg, 8 frozen grapes
L- 3 slices of turkey, low fat cheese, 6 wheat cracker, 1/4 cup of cottage cheese
D- Chipotle- steak, cheese, lettuce, salsa
dessert- applesuace w/ 2 strawberries
Exercise- 30 minute walk at lunch. 90 minute work out after work (includes 60 minutes on treadmill, 20 minutes weight lifting, 10 minutes stretching).
