I have to run some errands today. Packing a yogurt and pudding so I don't kill myself trying something I can't have.

I usually eat chicken for lunch about everyday.  I eat Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh, Southwestern seasoned, chicken breast.   3 oz is 110 cals, and 23 grams of protein.  There's 6 oz in the package, so it's 2 meals worth for me.  I use "fresh" salsa to add a little moisture with it and it's a good way to get some veggies in.

Sounds good. I'll have to try it.But right now I still have to have it pureed. :(

Yes, you want to be so very careful at this point in your journey.  Please follow your surgeon's eating plan!  It will be worth it!

Other than my slip up last night I must be doing something right. I've lost 8 lbs in a week & a half!

I just strolled on over to the captain D's web site and looked up the nutritional values, Wow! No wonder I'm fat! My usual meal there totals 2435 calories, 170 grams of fat and 188 grams of carbs. And that was just one meal for the day.
