L: Leftover cubed steak w/ LF gravy, apple sauce
D: Big salad w. some protein sounds good
W: Ran for 45 mins, walked for 5.

Waking up:Latte
Breakfast: protein shake
snack: coffee and then 100 calorie beef jerky
lunch: half a can of chili
snack: fiber one bar
dinner: enchilada casserole (1 cup or less)
dessert: mini ice cream drumstick
        
Current fill in 11cc band is 10.4ccs.

Lunch: turkey burger w/cheese and green beans

Snack: either ham & cheese roll up or carb master yogurt

Dinner: Pork Chop with asaragus and a few bites of rice

Gym: 60 min cardio and 20 min legs

Day 3 of being snowed in here in West Texas. :)  AND my ADHD kid is down to ONE pill which we should probably save for when he needs to be out in public. It is gonna be a fun day. :)

Denise, what do you mean by "protein coffee".....Ive heard some of the girls talking about Starbucks adding protein shots to your coffee is that what youre talking about?  If not, Im interested in knowing because I can use a little help getting my protein in and Im a big coffee drinker....so just a little curious.

It's really simple. I take about 1/2 cup of milk and mix it with a scoop of protein powder in my magic blender. Then I add that to a brewed cup of coffee like I would creamer. I use a vanilla bean torte protein powder, so it tastes like creamer does.

Is it chaulky? What does it taste like? I drink coffee every morning with hazlenut creamer (the liquid kind). Do you think that would be a good replacement for the creamer I currently use?
