cookbook or web site for recipes
i am a month out of getting my buddy band and i am looking for different options/suggestions to prepare food so i dont get bored with the same ones...chicken, fish , veggies, etc...anyone have any suggestions on cookbooks or websites?? thank you!!!
btw...i meant to add EASY recipes that are good for us. i have a 3 year old and i work so easy is the key for me right now...lol

One of my favorite websites for recipes is: http://www.crock-pot.com/Recipes.aspx I love my crock pot it makes getting dinner made for my herd so much easier. I think I use it 2+ times a week. I also use the food network website : http://www.foodnetwork.com/ and here is one from sparkpeople (a very good diet website) http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/cookbooks.asp?cookbook=263035 and this says it is 10 lap band friendly recipes and this I found on the lap band site: http://www.lapband.com/en/live_healthy_lapband/lapband_recipe_box/browse/

I just made pureed gucamole, with taco mix and ate with cucumber, also I use cooked spinach in anything I can.

all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence. I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!
