3 am and starving?
So my newest starvation moments are happening at 3am. I am fully awakened with real hunger pains. I try to go back to sleep until 6am (when I am allowed to eat next) but it's really hard (and painful). Anyone else experience this? I feel like a freaking infant who needs a 3am feeding and burping! Thank goodness I don't need diapers TOO! ARGH

What food stage are you on?? I am going to assume solids at about 4 weeks out.
Up until my first fill, I could eat whenever I felt hungry and usually ate 3 meals and 3 snacks per day. The rule for the snack was if it was 15gr carb then it had to be at least 7 gr protein. A hard boiled egg, piece of cheese (low fat), some cottage cheese, etc usually would suffice to get me through.
I also had to have a snack before bedtime due to low am blood sugars...a cheese stick and about 7 rf wheat thins would do very well.

When I had that happen I started taking a cup of yogurt to bed with me (Carbmaster yogurt is really low sugar, low fat and tastes good) and would eat a spoonful or two and go back to sleep.
A light snack a little before bed might not hurt. Try not to eat real dense things though.
I know other people though who "rinse their pouch" with a cup of tea before bed. Carefully test different approaches till you find what works for you. Keyword.. carefully.
