They are not together..I'm having the avocado sliced up..and the soup on the side.

Breakfast - egg scramble (whole eggs, egg whites with low sodium ham and turkey)

Lunch - Low sodium ham with cheese roll ups and greek yogurt mixed with ranch packet - veggies to dip in greek-ranch

Snack - Apple

Dinner: Turkey Burger w/asargus
