I am curious, therefore I am going to ask. Were your incisions stitched or glued, did you have any problems with them and what year was your surgery?

I was glued without any problems and was banded 12/2010.

My surgery was 1/10/11. My incisions were glued. I was a little worried about one of my incisions because some of the glue got pulled off and it wasn't completely closed. So I put a couple of butterflies on it. I am almost completely healed now.

Not banded yet, but my surgeon uses glue. Which thank God she does! The thought of being stapled skeeves me out. lol! Even with my 2 c-sections, I made sure my doctor knew to glue me. You staple paper, not flesh! lmao!!

Oops, should have added that my surgeon's partner, only staples. (that's why I mentioned staples...lol) Neither of them stitch I guess.

I had staples and they freaked me out - I couldn't look at them and kept them covered until I had them removed.  It was painless but freaky.

I had staples, but would have preferred glue, the staples left more scarring.
