I could just cry...
Congrats!
Before I clicked on your post, i was just sitting here thinking what could I be doing wrong that is keeping me from achieving my goal. Here I am 6 months out and I have only lost 40lbs. I lose weight but I quickly gain those pounds back. Recently, I lost down to 238 by Thursday of last week but as of today I am back at 244! I can't seem to get out of the 240's I excercise. Perhaps I am eating too much still. Perhaps I need to join Weigh****chers as well. I need some

Wahoo!!!!!
WW and the band are a great combo.
the new WW program really 'rewards' Band-Friendly eating ---- protein, produce (fruits and vegetables are almost all 'free' foods) -- limiting 'crunchy and creamy carbs'
The program (in most areas of the country) is currently available for no registration fee.
that means, that you can attend your first meeting, and get all of the new program materials and an explanation of them for under 20.00
Once you get to your goal weight, you spend 5 weeks on a Maintenance plan --- if you are not more than 2 pounds above your goal on the 6th week, you achieve LIFETIME status -- and you can attend meetings free for the rest of your life (if you weigh in at least one time per month and are not more than 2 pounds above your goal).
WW is going to be my "Maintenance partner" for the rest of my life.
Great job, Kristi -- I am so proud of you!
