Got a Date Need Advice
1. Water, water, water so you learn to stay hydrated which helps with head hunger. 2.Start some sort of excerise program if you don't have on now. It could be as simple as walking and you won't be able to really excerise for about a month after your surgery but it is good to start early so you can get use to it.3. Small bites of food and learn to chew, chew, chew. Also be patient, this a journey and not a race. Good luck.
I have not been able to exercise because of a back problem that is aggravated by my excessive weight. Do you think I will lose enough weight in the first month to make a difference? I believe that if I lose as little as 20 lbs I could walk around the track. I will be on a liquid diet for two weeks after the surgery.
