B- 3 oz cottage cheese 4 oz black coffee
mid morning snack- scrambled egg with 2 think slices swiss cheese melted on whole wheat toast with butter, ate half , saved half for later
L 3 oz flounder fillet with teriyaki and lemon juice, 1 c. vegetable florentine soup, brussel sprouts, 1 small new potato mashed with left over juices of fish....
D- not sure....suggestions?
