other than hot stuff in the bedroom...
My new exercise that I'm learning to love is swimming in the pool with the kick board. My husband has me kicking laps a couple days a week. I think I actually like it. The pool is warm so that really helps! I do about 100 yards warm up, then kick it into gear. 50 yards medium speed, 25 yards full speed, 25 med speed. 25 full.... And so it goes on for 45 minutes.
It's a great workout! My legs are jelloy when I leave. Is that a real word? I know it's a real feeling!

Great job Tiff! I actually have been doing the 30 day shred and my legs look jelloy while I'm moving! hahahaha AND then they feel jelloy afterwards. I really have a mean, lean muscular body hiding under the jelloy stuff! WooHoooooo
