On the train ride home from work tonight I realized my legs had been crossed for more than a few minutes and I didn't lose circulation in them! Before I would have to switch and shift every few minutes but I was perfectly comfortable!

Also, ran into a guy I hadn't seen since before surgery yesterday and he said "you have lost SO much weight! I need to do what you're doing!" Yay! I feel like this week I really started feeling like I look different so it's nice to have that reinforced!

Congrats! I went to the doc for my 1st post-op visit. I'd lost a little over 10 lbs in 2 weeks. (actually 13 days) I was happy. They were happy. No good comments yet, except from my very smart husband, but I will get there.
