L-1 oz pureed chicken breast with 2 tbps broccoli cheese soup

Not sure what the rest of the day will bring. I need to get to the store and get some more ff cottage cheese so I can puree it.

B two scrambled eggs and turkey sausage

L 1/2 cup of Italian chicken tenders
   1/4 cup of broccoli cheese
  1/4 cup of cottage cheese

D  I have no idea Im wanting a cheeseburger so thinking I will fix one at home with a slice of cheese and some mushrooms and since I have done good on carbs two slices of low carb bread with mustard .

I woke up starving this morning!
B: Bowl of cereal with low fat milk and granola bar
S: 4 triskets with low fat cheese stick
L: Not sure yet...
D: Taco salad
S: All fruit popsicle
W: Walk at least 40 mins today!!

Cereal oh gosh I miss my cereal does it keep you full ?   My doc is so against cereal because he said it was a slider food and to be honest I have been to leary of trying it lol

But boy do I miss it I would much rather eat cereal then eggs in the morning I think I will have to try that out tomorrow morning

I would gladly give up my carbs for dinner for a bowl of cereal once or twice a week lol
