Hi all.... so what's the plan for moving and sweating yourself closer to your goal today???

For me....
45 minutes on the elliptical, 30 minutes treadmill (walk/jog combo)
Lap-Banded March 16, 2010
263.4/187/148(Start/current/Goal)

no exercise for me today :o(  Between Zumba classes Monday night and my bowling last night my knee is hurting really bad today so going to take it easy today and go to Curves/Zumba tomorrow

looks like it's going to be shoveling snow for me! 
I hate this weather... it's so pretty yes, but work never closes so have to drive in this snow and it sucks... even with a 4WD SUV! 
Maybe some Wii Zumba after shoveling....

all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence.  I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!

 How is that Wii Zumba? I have taken the classes before and love them, but I thought the video game might be a little cheesy and not as much fun without all the people and loud music.

 Lots of snow here and coming down hard.

So for me:
Shoveling...of course

and 30 minutes aerobic on the WIIFIT,,boxing, super hula hoop and step

Today is Boot Camp for me .. and I think I'm going to try 10 min on the stairs.

I'm cutting my gym session short today 70 min I have been doing 90 min most days and I'm getting burned out :(

did 20 minutes of zumba. i'm starting all over again so i'm pretty excited to get back in the saddle : )

I actually LOVE the Wii Zumba... I kinda feel too self consious when I go to an actual class and sometimes I feel like I can't keep up... the game is just as fun and I like seeing my Mii.  Plus for me it's cheaper than going to the gym... I have to pay an extra $10 each time I go to a class.

Are you gonna be at my Group Power class at Gold's Gym tonight?  I'm doing 30 mins on the treadmill and then Group Power tonight.
