The Big 5-0
Not my birthday my pounds lost!!! I am so happy with my progress, I exercise 5 -6 times per week now. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia and never used to exercise because of the pain - I have pushed through it and I don't have as much pain as I did before - very exciting! Seeing the numbers on the scale getting lower on a regular basis is keeping me motivated as well. I have a long way to go but I will get there this time - I LOVE MY BAND
