had surgery Wednesday I'm feelin OK for the most part .still sore still have gas but it comes out ha ha. so i was wondering about skim milk can i add a bit of chocolate to it i cant stand milk but i know i need it does anyone think it would be OK?

Are you able to drink protein drinks yet? I could right after surgery. Adding chocolate is just adding sugar to your milk. It would be better if you could do a choc protein shake.

you really need to check with your doc on that everybody is different.

I was not allowed anything like that till 7 days after my surgery . first week was nothing bu****er, broth, and crystal lite

I added a little sugar free chocolate syrup to mine a few times.
