I heard that banders can't have blueberries and pineables.  Could you let me know if this is true.  Are there other fruits we can't have?

Thanks

Trial and error ---- some people have problems with the skins on berries/cherries and some people have trouble with the fiber in pineapple.

I have been able to eat all fruits --- and have struggled with most fruits -- depends on the day for me.

Oranges give me the most trouble --- so I go really slow when I try one

I was told pineapple is harder for banders to eat because it is stringy. I think the thing with oranges it the stringy part under the peel. I haven't tried either of them yet.

I have never had a problem with blueberries, pineapple, or most fruit. I can't do oranges because of the stringy pulp stays together after chewing. Hard fruit like apples are impossible for me.

I avoid oranges because of the stringy bits but can eat all other fruits. I have to extra care with bananas and raspberries.

I eat blueberries, rasberries with no problem....although I have not tried them lately with my 2nd fill this week....

Surprisingly, I am having trouble with strawberries......

Even when I slice them, i chew them well, it feels painful to swallow and get down thru the band....

I'm  ok with small bites of banana......

I prefer sugar free applesauce!!!!

I'm totally in love with BABY FOOD FRUIT PUREE!!! LOL!!!

Only fruit I avoid is bananas. They seems to linger in my pouch and cause my heart burn.

Fruits with peels I have to be careful with. Depends on my restriction. Right now I am looser and enjoy an apple every morning with my greek yogurt.
