W- ellipical 45 minutes & treadmill 30 minutes (walk/jog combo)

I know I have a lot of snacks...being 6 months pregnant makes me hungry!
I will walk at least 40 mins today

Early: 2 cups black decaf
W: 30 mins. Richard Simmons
B: 1/2 cup old fashioned oats with 1/2 scoop
protein + TBS peanut butter (interesting texture )
L: Morning Star Chicken Patty & Salad + light ranch dressing
D: Morning Star Italian Chicken Patty + spaghetti sauce +green
beans
S: fruit protein shake
Water, water, & more water!
