Breakfast: Greek yogurt w/ peanut flour
Lunch: buffalo chicken burger (1/2) dipped in lite ranch dressing
Dinner: barramundi (fish) w/ quinoa & mixed veggies

after workout: protein smoothie w/ 1 scoop protein powder, 8oz skim milk & 1 cup mixed berries
