Poll: Workout in AM or PM?

I have always been a PM worker-outer but tomorrow I am going to try to make it to the gym in the AM. It would just be so nice to have it out of the way!

I am a AM worker outer myself, it works out better this way I make sure I get it out of the way and I am done.

Being a early morning person, if and when I exercise it is done first thing in the morning.  Otherwise I find an excuse to opt out.

Depends on the shift I am working. I HATE/DESPISE getting up early... so I prefer PM.

Since I'm up at 4:30am to get to work by 6am.  I work out at night after work.  I think I would prefer AM work outs but my work schedule makes it hard...I refuse to wake up at 3am to work out...way too early

Hi All!
  I just started to really focus on getting my exercize in this past week. (Yay me!) I can't remember the last time I was able to walk 2.5 miles but I did it twice last week. I also bought a Richard Simmons DVD that , to my surprise, is a real good workout. For me, I prefer my workouts in the a.m. to get them out of the way, but I sometimes wait until after dinner and my  family and I will all walk together.

Nighttime is my time to chilax but come summertime, I like to walk in the evenings right before the sun goes down.

My ideal time is about 10 am. That being said, I have a Tuesday night spin class at 7:30..its tough getting motivated for it that late..but I love the teacher and the people that go to that class. My Husband has started to work out..his only time for that is night time..so I've been doing a lot more at night with him...he seems to do better if I'm there and doing something at the same time or with him.

Hijack - NCA2008, you have the most fabulous hair!!

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
