OK, so let's try to keep a daily thread of what we did to burn calories and get healthier..... Not only does it give you a chance to brag about your hard work, you might be inspiring someone who is struggling. Maybe it will help us to push ourselves on the days we don't feel like moving our bodies......
Anyway, today I did 45 minutes on the elliptical and then I walked 20 minutes at 3.7 and jogged 10 minutes at 4.5.
I was soaked and soooooo happy afterwards!

Way to go Jaxmom!

I am doing the "30 day shred" by Jillian Michaels with my hubby.  Today was day 7.  So that is 20 minutes and then I did the Leslie Sansone, Walk at Home, 5 mile fat burning walk and then I did 10 minutes on the bike.  I'm doing the exercise challenge and wanted to get 95 minutes in today.

I was skeptical when I bought the Walk at home video, but it is more than just walking and a good basic workout.

Good work.. I know it takes alot of effect to get started...Kepp it up...I have a membership going to wasts at a gym cause of my back that has 23 screws/rods...I was going in the summer before I started with all the band qualifications and got side tracked...I have to go after work and try to use the machines that I know won't interfere with my condition.. I have a treadmill and bike at home and pain management said no treadmill...I'm doing some floor excercises for 2 wks. and saw inches off.  II love to work out too. I used to go everyday.
