how often do you weigh?
Personally this is a big issue for me. I weigh sometimes twice a day, once before bed and once upon waking. I am obsessed with the numbers. I am trying, this is week one, to only weigh in on Mondays! This coincides with my weigh in with my biggest looser Wii Game. Maybe not seeing the daily fluctation of the numbers will help me from getting down on myself when it is naught bu****er weight! Just thought I would throw this out there.

I try to only weight once a week first thing Monday morning. The reason I do this is I have some disease that forces me to weigh myself mulitple times a day and even dragging the scales around to other parts of the house to see if I maybe weigh a fraction less in the laundry room than the kitchen : )

I weigh weekly now. Early in my weight loss journey it was daily but that started working against me. The scale started dictating my moods in a negative way. I too have an obsession with the numbers.

When I was on a "roll" and working my band and eating right and waking daily, I weighed DAILY, this kept me in check, I wish I would have kept this up over the years and I would not have gained back 30 pounds so quickly.
