What Are We Eating This Thursday?
Early: Coffee
B: Atkins Mocha Latte Shake
L: leftover spaghetti with meat sauce
D: Hope hubby takes me out somewhere, if not, leftover veggie beef soup.
W: run at the Y. Week 2 of my 5k training (had to start over after spraining my ankle)
B-Egg white omelet with salsa, spinach, onions, feta
L- veggie tuna salad
D- stuffed pepper
W- elliptical 45 minutes, 2 miles walk/run treadmill

Here's what's on the menu
B- hard boiled egg and 2 turkey sausages
L- 6 wheat crackers, on slice of low fat cheese, 3 slices of low fat turkey, and 1/4 cup cottage cheese
D- nice big bowl of turkey chili, 2 cheese sticks, several carrot sticks
Dessert- 1/2 banana and 3 strawberries
Lots of water, Propel and Crystal Lite
2- 15 minute walks at work
90 minute workout after work

D: mom's home cooking (going to my parent's house tonight)!!! so excited! Some sort of Filipino dish but I don't eat it with white rice... my mom usually makes some sort of soup and puts a soft, lean protein in it for me so I can tolerate and have it!

I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence. I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!
