What Are We Eating This Wednesday?
b: ff greek yogurt (plain) with a tsp of granola, fresh strawberries, kiwi, and pineapple
s: weigh****chers string cheese
l: tuna salad with cucumber slices (i use them as my crackers)
d: sushi night! salmon sushimi and edamame beans
wii zumba tonight!
all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence. I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!
My day
B- hard boiled egg and 2 turkey sausage
L- 6 wheat crackers, one slice of low fat cheese, 3 slices of low fat, low sodium turkey...it's my own version of Lunchables. 1/4 cup of cottage cheese.
D- Hamburger patty (I let the patty simmer in V8 juice) (no bun) 1 cup of carrots.
Dessert- apple slices
B meatballs
L Hambuger patty with cheese
D salami cheese
2 atkins bars
