B:  TRIED to have a sausage egg and cheese buscuit (only half of the buscuit, my son ate the other half) but after only like 2-3 bites I was not feeling it.
S: Strawberry smoothie
L: not sure maybe some chicken or tuna salad
D: stir fry with beef, broccoli and carrots

I REALLY need to get back into working out, maybe I will motivate myself to ride the bike tonight just hopefully my kids go to bed early so I can!

had a rough couple of days with my band not loving some of my dense protein choices, so i am resting it...... hopefully, the scale will finally move!!!!!!!!!

Had a fill today so I am on Liquids......

But, this is the first time I clicked on this type of topic and I think it is GREAT that some are eatting other things other then breakfast items for breakfast!  I don't feel alone now.
