plateau buster diet

I am headed to Cuba in 25 days and I have been no a stall for a little bit now.  Does anyone have a copy of the plateau buster diet they can post?

hi ya,
here's a link to another thread with the plateau buster's diet. it's also intended for dieters who did not have wls, in case you are wondering why it has diet soda on the list..... anyway, good luck with it and PLEASE let us know if you find it useful to kickstart the weight loss in a stall. i really would love to get actual feedback on it. thanks and have a safe trip

Amy, Here is the diet. My #1 advice before starting is to plan your meals out.  Go to store and get everything.  Be prepared to be hungry at first.

Plateau Buster Diet - How to break a plateau

#1 - Do this for 10 days to break a plateau

#2 - Drink 2 quarts (8 cups) of water a day

#3 - You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day

#4 - You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods, 5-6 times a day:

beef
pork
chicken
turkey
lamb
fish
eggs
low fat cheese/cottage cheese
plain yogurt or artificially sweetened 
peanut butter
beans/legumes

You may also have:
sugar free popsicles
tea or coffee
sugar free soda
sugar free jello
broths/bullion
crystal light drinks

#5 - If it's not on the list, you can't have it for 10 days!!

#6 - Keep a food diary and try to get up to 30 mins of exercise daily
