Went to TJ Maxx today - my favorite store!!! My boys asked if I was going to try anything on and I promised them no :) (it is so nice to like to go shopping again). I started this journey at a 24 today I fit in a 16. I thought it was a mistake so I ran out and got another brand, that 16 fit too. For now I am gonna hang out in my 18 for a while - the 16 fit but that does not mean I feel comfortable in them yet. So HECK YES I LOVE MY BAND. Have there been meals where I could eat more than I think I should, YES, but the #'s on the scale coming down and the smaller clothes make me push away!!
